Tourbillons

Dear Watch Snob,

I really want a tourbillon. There are several watches I can afford as they are under $1,000 – such as the Akribos XXIV and the Stuhrling – and of course they contain Chinese PTS tourbillons. These are throw-away watches, but at least I'd have the pleasure of wearing a tourbillon for a few years.
