The entire staff was attentive and kind. Most of all, very patient with me--especially when I pointed out certain things during my son's fitting. For the quality and price point, this is by far the best place in Lubbock to rent tuxedos! During my visit, I chose to wear a mask and a staff member asked if I wanted them to wear one as well. After saying no thank you, I was wowed by her grace and consideration. Highly recommend! ❤

Hosted a fitting party for me and my groomsmen to get measured for my wedding. It was the best time! Wedding unfortunately got called off because of COVID-19. Signature Stag refunded everyone their money no questions asked. I continue to shop there and have a great experience every time. Madison is who I usually deal with when I go. She always remembers who we are and asks how everyone is doing. Just makes it so much easier to shop. The whole team is great too. Never have had a bad trip to Signature Stag. I always walk out with a purchase. Even when I don’t need to!

I honestly had quite possibly the very best experience i have ever had the pleasure of having. In my most emotional time Natalie and Madison took very great care of my entire attire. It was truly amazing to not have to worry myself about the small details of my wardrobe in a time of immense emotional pain. The most amazing part to me, ironically was Amy...she assisted and I had no idea that she did not even work there yet, but was on an interview with Natalie. The fact that she went above and beyond despite not working there just to help was a true testament to her integrity and the integrity of the company she is to soon represent.
